These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Crodl, including its website (crodl.com) and subdomains. By accessing or using Crodl, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
1. Introduction
1.1. Overview: Crodl is an advanced cryptocurrency trading platform designed to help users connect to multiple third-party exchanges through secure API connections. It provides a unified interface for managing your trading activities across exchanges such as Binance, Bybit, Bitget, and Blofin. Crodl offers tools tailored for both novice and experienced traders.
1.2. Scope of Terms: These Terms apply to all users accessing Crodl and its related services. You confirm that by using Crodl, you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crodl.
1.3. Eligibility: By using Crodl, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You also confirm that you are not prohibited from using cryptocurrency trading platforms under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. User Accounts
2.1. Registration: To access Crodl, you must create a user account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the suspension or termination of your account, and you may be held responsible for any consequences arising from the inaccurate information.
2.2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password. You must notify Crodl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and Crodl is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use.
2.3. Account Termination: Crodl reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its discretion for any violation of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or any other reason. Crodl may also terminate your account if it remains inactive for a prolonged period.
2.4. Account Recovery: In case you lose access to your account, Crodl offers a secure account recovery process. You must provide accurate recovery information to regain access. Crodl reserves the right to deny recovery requests if fraudulent activity is suspected.
3. API Integration
3.1. API Connections: Crodl allows you to connect your account with supported third-party cryptocurrency exchanges via API keys. These integrations enable you to manage your trading activities through the Crodl platform. You are solely responsible for the security and management of your API keys. Crodl is not responsible for any errors or losses resulting from API connections.
3.2. Compliance with Third-Party Terms: By connecting your account with third-party exchanges, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of those exchanges. Crodl does not control or influence the policies of third-party exchanges and is not liable for any actions taken by them, including account suspensions, transaction errors, or regulatory actions.
3.3. API Limitations and Restrictions: Crodl may impose limits on the number of API connections or transactions you can perform through the platform. These limits are subject to change at any time. If you exceed these limits, your access to certain features may be restricted.
3.4. API Usage Monitoring: Crodl reserves the right to monitor your API usage to ensure compliance with these Terms and to protect the platform from abuse or misuse. Excessive or unauthorized use of the API may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Email Marketing and Subscriptions
4.1. Subscription Opt-In: By creating an account with Crodl, you agree to receive marketing emails, newsletters, and updates about the platform. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time through the unsubscribe link provided in the emails or by adjusting your email preferences in your account settings.
4.2. Marketing Preferences: You can manage your email marketing preferences at any time through your account settings. Crodl is committed to respecting your preferences and will ensure that all communications comply with relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM Act.
4.3. Promotional Offers: Crodl may offer promotional discounts, trial periods, or other incentives to users. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated to you at the time of the offer. Crodl reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
5. Telegram Integration
5.1. Real-Time Notifications: Crodl offers an optional integration with Telegram, allowing users to receive real-time notifications about their trading activities, market updates, and platform alerts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and ensuring that notifications are delivered to the correct account.
5.2. No Liability for Telegram Issues: Crodl is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of Telegram, including but not limited to message delivery failures, unauthorized access, or disruptions in service. You acknowledge that Telegram is a third-party service and Crodl has no control over its performance or reliability.
5.3. Data Privacy: By enabling Telegram integration, you consent to the sharing of your data with Telegram. You are encouraged to review Telegram’s privacy policy to understand how your data will be handled. Crodl is not liable for any data breaches or privacy violations related to Telegram.
6. Payments and Billing
6.1. Payment Methods: Crodl accepts payments in cryptocurrencies for subscriptions and other services. All transactions are processed securely, and you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment details before completing any transaction. Crodl is not liable for any errors in cryptocurrency payments.
6.2. No Refund Policy: All payments made on the Crodl platform are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, one-time payments, and any other charges. You are encouraged to thoroughly review your transactions before completing any purchase.
6.3. Billing Disputes: If you believe there has been an error in your billing, you must contact Crodl’s support team within 30 days of the transaction. Failure to raise a dispute within this period will result in the waiver of your right to challenge the charge.
6.4. Subscription Renewal: Crodl offers subscription-based services that renew automatically unless canceled by the user. You are responsible for managing your subscription and ensuring that your payment method is up-to-date. Crodl will not issue refunds for unused portions of your subscription.
6.5. Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment, Crodl may suspend or terminate your access to the platform until the payment is successfully processed. You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize Crodl to charge the applicable fees.
7. Trial Period
7.1. Availability: Crodl may offer a trial period for new users to explore the platform’s features before committing to a paid subscription. The trial period is limited in duration and functionality. Crodl reserves the right to modify or terminate the trial offer at any time without notice.
7.2. Conversion to Paid Subscription: At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel the trial before it expires. All payments made after the trial period are subject to the no-refund policy outlined in Section 6.
7.3. Early Termination of Trial: Crodl reserves the right to terminate your trial period early if it suspects abuse of the trial offer or any violation of these Terms. If your trial is terminated, you will be required to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the platform.
8. Risk Disclosure
8.1. Acknowledgment of Risk: By using Crodl, you acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves substantial financial risk, including the potential for significant losses. You understand that markets are highly volatile and past performance is not indicative of future results. Crodl does not provide financial advice, and you should trade only with funds you can afford to lose.
8.2. No Guarantees: Crodl does not guarantee any specific results from using the platform. The tools and services provided by Crodl are intended to assist you in managing your trading activities, but the ultimate responsibility for your trades lies with you. Crodl is not responsible for any losses incurred while using the platform.
8.3. Legal Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction. Crodl does not provide legal advice or guidance on regulatory matters. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful.
8.4. Market Risks: You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets can experience extreme fluctuations in price and liquidity. Crodl is not responsible for any losses resulting from market movements, liquidity issues, or other market-related factors.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. No Liability for Losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crodl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to losses resulting from trading activities, API integrations, or technical issues. Crodl’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Crodl for access to the platform.
9.2. No Warranty: Crodl provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Crodl does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
9.3. Third-Party Services: Crodl integrates with third-party services, including exchanges and Telegram. Crodl is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or security of these third-party services. You agree that any issues related to third-party services must be addressed directly with the service provider.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. Ownership: All content, software, and materials available on Crodl, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, and code, are the property of Crodl or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission from Crodl.
10.2. Limited License: Crodl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal or business use as permitted by these Terms. This license does not grant you any rights to the underlying software or intellectual property.
10.3. User-Generated Content: If you submit any content to Crodl, including feedback, suggestions, or data, you grant Crodl a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute your content for any purpose. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.
10.4. DMCA Compliance: If you believe that any content on Crodl infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a DMCA takedown request. Crodl will investigate and respond to all valid requests in accordance with applicable laws.
11. Privacy and Data Protection

12.1. Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your account with Crodl at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked, and all data associated with your account may be deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.
12.2. Involuntary Suspension or Termination: Crodl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or otherwise misuse the platform. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
12.3. Effects of Termination: Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Crodl is not responsible for any loss of data or disruption to your trading activities resulting from account termination.
13. Modifications to Terms
13.1. Right to Modify: Crodl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the platform. It is your responsibility to review the updated Terms. Continued use of Crodl after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.2. Dispute Resolution: If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the platform. Any disputes arising from the modified Terms will be resolved in accordance with Section 15 (Dispute Resolution).
14. Governing Law
14.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform.
14.2. International Users: If you are accessing Crodl from outside South Africa, you are responsible for complying with local laws. Crodl makes no representations that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1. Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, you agree to first contact Crodl’s support team to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of both parties through open communication.
15.2. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class action or representative lawsuit against Crodl. This waiver applies to all claims under any legal theory, including statutory, contract, and tort claims.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Crodl and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter.
16.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent.
16.3. No Waiver: The failure of Crodl to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
16.4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Crodl. Crodl may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

18.2. Personal Responsibility: You understand that all trading decisions made on the Crodl platform are solely your own responsibility. Crodl does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, and any tools or information provided by the platform are for informational purposes only. You should only trade with funds that you can afford to lose.
18.3. Website Usage Risk: You agree that your use of the Crodl platform and its services is at your own risk. Crodl disclaims all liability for any losses, damages, or negative outcomes resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to technical issues, data breaches, unauthorized access, or errors in API integrations.
18.4. No Guarantee of Results: Crodl makes no guarantees regarding the success or profitability of any trades made on the platform. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and you should conduct your own research and seek professional advice if necessary before engaging in any trading activities.
18.5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Crodl harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform, including any actions taken by third-party services integrated with Crodl. This indemnification extends to Crodl's directors, officers, employees, and agents.
19. Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Services
19.1. Third-Party Integrations: Crodl integrates with various third-party services, including but not limited to exchanges and messaging platforms like Telegram. While we strive to ensure the reliability and security of these integrations, Crodl cannot control or guarantee the performance, availability, or security of third-party services.
19.2. No Responsibility for Third-Party Issues: Crodl is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party services, including but not limited to service outages, data breaches, unauthorized access, or errors in transactions. You acknowledge that your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions, and Crodl is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from their use.
19.3. Indemnification for Third-Party Claims: You agree to indemnify and hold Crodl harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of third-party services integrated with the Crodl platform. This includes, but is not limited to, any legal actions taken against you by third-party service providers.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
20.1. No Warranty of Availability: Crodl provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. You acknowledge that technical issues, maintenance, or other unforeseen events may result in temporary service outages.
20.2. No Warranty of Accuracy: While Crodl strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, market data, pricing information, and trading signals.
20.3. No Warranty of Fitness for a Particular Purpose: Crodl makes no representations or warranties that the platform is suitable for your particular needs or objectives. You are responsible for determining whether the platform meets your specific requirements and for seeking professional advice if necessary.
21. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
21.1. Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Crodl platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your actions on the platform and for ensuring that your use of the platform does not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
21.2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm the Crodl platform, its users, or its reputation. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking, introducing malware, spamming, engaging in fraudulent activities, or attempting to manipulate the platform's services or data.
21.3. Reporting Violations: If you become aware of any violation of these Terms by another user, you agree to promptly report it to Crodl. Crodl reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.
22. Data Backup and Recovery
22.1. No Guarantee of Data Backup: While Crodl takes reasonable measures to protect your data, we do not guarantee that your data will be backed up or recoverable in the event of a system failure, security breach, or other incidents. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data or information stored on the platform.
22.2. Data Recovery: In the event of data loss or corruption, Crodl will make reasonable efforts to recover your data. However, we do not guarantee the success of data recovery efforts and are not liable for any loss of data or information.
23. Force Majeure
23.1. No Liability for Force Majeure Events: Crodl is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, or internet service provider failures.
23.2. Suspension of Services: In the event of a force majeure event, Crodl reserves the right to suspend or modify its services to the extent necessary to address the impact of the event. You agree that Crodl is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from such suspension or modification of services.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
24.1. Choice of Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
24.2. Jurisdiction and Venue: You agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Crodl platform shall be resolved in the courts located in South Africa, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
24.3. International Users: If you are accessing the Crodl platform from outside of South Africa, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with local laws. Crodl makes no representations or warranties that the platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.
25. Amendments and Modifications
25.1. Right to Amend: Crodl reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes via email or through the platform. It is your responsibility to review the updated Terms regularly.
25.2. Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of the Crodl platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the platform.
26. Termination of Lifetime Membership
26.1. Conditions for Termination: Crodl reserves the right to terminate lifetime memberships under specific circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities, or any behavior that negatively impacts the Crodl community or platform integrity.
26.2. Termination Due to Platform Discontinuation: In the event that Crodl decides to discontinue its platform, services, or the lifetime membership program, all lifetime memberships will be terminated. Crodl will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to members in such cases.
26.3. No Refund Policy: Lifetime memberships are provided under the condition that they are non-refundable. If your lifetime membership is terminated for any of the reasons outlined in this section, you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation for the remaining duration of the membership.
26.4. Notification of Termination: In the event of termination, Crodl will notify the affected member via the email address associated with their account. The termination will take effect immediately upon sending the notification, and the member's access to the platform and services will be revoked.
27. TradingView Indicators and Alerts
27.1. Indicator Accuracy: Crodl provides access to TradingView indicators to assist users in making informed trading decisions. However, these indicators are based on historical data and various algorithms, which may not always accurately predict future market movements. You acknowledge that using TradingView indicators involves risks, and Crodl does not guarantee their accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness.
27.2. Alert Delays and Failures: TradingView alerts are designed to notify you of specific market conditions or price movements. However, due to factors beyond Crodl's control, including internet connectivity issues, server outages, or delays in data processing, alerts may be delayed or fail to trigger. Crodl is not liable for any losses or missed opportunities resulting from such delays or failures.

User Responsibility for Verification: While TradingView indicators and alerts can be valuable tools, you are solely responsible for verifying the information provided by these tools before making any trading decisions. Crodl recommends conducting additional research and considering multiple sources of information when planning your trades.
27.4. No Guarantee of Success: Crodl does not guarantee that the use of TradingView indicators or alerts will result in successful trades or profit. You acknowledge that trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk, and past performance of indicators does not guarantee future results.
27.5. Limited Liability for TradingView Tools: Crodl is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of using TradingView indicators, alerts, or any other tools provided on the platform. All trading decisions are made at your own risk, and you should only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
27.6. Modification of Indicators and Alerts: Crodl reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any TradingView indicators or alerts provided on the platform at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to stay informed about any changes and adjust your trading strategies accordingly.
28. Trading Signals and Community Engagement
28.1. Trading Signals Disclaimer: Crodl may provide trading signals through various channels, including the platform, email, Discord, or Telegram. These signals are generated based on analysis and algorithms, but they do not constitute financial advice. You acknowledge that trading signals are not guaranteed to be accurate or profitable, and you should exercise caution when acting on any signal. All trading decisions are made at your own risk.
28.2. Community Interaction: Crodl offers community engagement through Discord, Telegram, and other social media platforms where users can share ideas, strategies, and experiences. While Crodl encourages positive and constructive interactions, the opinions and content shared by users in these communities do not represent the views of Crodl and should not be taken as professional advice.
28.3. Protection Against Impersonators and Scammers: You acknowledge that scammers and impersonators may attempt to deceive users by pretending to represent Crodl or other legitimate traders within the community. Crodl will never ask for your account details, passwords, or payment information through unofficial channels. Always verify the authenticity of any communication claiming to be from Crodl by contacting us directly via official channels.
28.4. Reporting Suspicious Activity: If you encounter any suspicious activity, including potential scams, impersonation, or unauthorized requests for personal information, you agree to report it immediately to Crodl's support team. Crodl takes such reports seriously and will take appropriate action to protect the community.
28.5. No Liability for Community Content: Crodl is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of content shared by users within its community platforms, including Discord and Telegram. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before acting on any information obtained from these sources.
28.6. Moderation and Content Removal: Crodl reserves the right to moderate its community platforms, including removing content or banning users who engage in harmful, illegal, or disruptive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, spamming, spreading false information, or attempting to scam other users.
29. Impersonation and Scam Awareness
29.1. Official Communication Channels: Crodl communicates with its users only through official channels, including the Crodl website, official email addresses, and verified social media accounts. Crodl will never request sensitive information, such as passwords or private keys, through unofficial means. Always verify the source of any communication claiming to be from Crodl.
29.2. Recognizing Impersonators: Scammers may attempt to impersonate Crodl staff, moderators, or other users to gain your trust and steal your information or assets. Be cautious of unsolicited messages, especially those offering guaranteed returns, asking for personal information, or directing you to external websites.
29.3. Protecting Your Information: Never share your account credentials, passwords, private keys, or any other sensitive information with anyone, even if they claim to be from Crodl. Crodl staff will never ask for this information. Always log in to your account through the official Crodl website or app.
29.4. Scam Reporting: If you believe you have been targeted by a scam or have received communication from an impersonator, report it to Crodl immediately. Provide as much information as possible so that Crodl can investigate and take appropriate action.
29.5. No Liability for Third-Party Scams: Crodl is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from interactions with third-party scammers or impersonators. Users are responsible for exercising caution and protecting their own information and assets.
30. Exchange API Security and Breach
30.1. Responsibility for API Security: Crodl allows users to connect their accounts to third-party cryptocurrency exchanges via API keys. While Crodl takes reasonable measures to secure these API connections, the ultimate responsibility for the security of your API keys lies with you. You are advised to use strong security practices, including enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your exchange accounts and regularly reviewing your API key permissions.
30.2. Risks of API Leaks and Hacks: In the event that your API keys are leaked, hacked, or otherwise compromised, your exchange accounts may be at risk of unauthorized access, theft, or other malicious activities. Crodl is not responsible for any losses or damages that result from such incidents, including but not limited to unauthorized trades, withdrawals, or changes to your account settings.
30.3. Notification of Security Breaches: If Crodl becomes aware of a security breach that affects your API keys or account information, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. However, you acknowledge that the timing of such notifications may be affected by the nature of the breach, and Crodl is not liable for any delays in notification.
30.4. Immediate Actions in Case of Breach: In the event of a suspected or confirmed API key breach, you agree to take immediate action to mitigate potential damage, including but not limited to revoking the compromised API keys, changing your exchange account credentials, and enabling additional security measures. Crodl may also temporarily suspend your account or restrict access to certain features to protect your assets and data.
30.5. No Liability for Third-Party Exchange Breaches: Crodl is not liable for any security breaches that occur on third-party exchanges, even if such breaches result in the compromise of your API keys or exchange accounts. You are responsible for understanding the security policies and practices of the exchanges you connect to and for taking appropriate steps to protect your accounts.
